Our Goal
Our goal is to help grow the game of golf and make it inclusive to everybody. We want our products to help build confidence for those that have been playing the game for years and also give the push to those who are just beginning, we have all been there and we hope our style and designs make the grind of practicing easier.

What is the return policy?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for 30 days, in brand new condition in its original packaging. Gloves can be tried on, but once they are worn to hold a club or hit shots we will no longer accept returns on those items.
FOR CUSTOM ITEMS OR LIMITED EDITION ITEMS, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
If for any reason a custom order has been made and a customer doesn't pay or files a charge back, GoLo Golf Co. retains the rights to sell any products regardless of logos or protected trademarks. By ordering custom products, you are accepting these terms for the protection of GoLo Golf.
What are the shipping options?
Currently our only shipping option is our standard shipping option which is USPS First Class Shipping.
How do I get free shipping?
All orders over $75 receive free shipping! Excluding clearance items!
When will I receive my order?
Orders generally take 2-3 days to process, and once they are shipped it will be 5-7 business days from the shipping date.

What do I do if I never received my order?
For missing orders, please contact us at gologolfgloves@gmail.com so we can check the tracking to see where your order is. We will make sure your order is received!
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We carefully inspect every order before it is sent out, so if there is any sort of damages it would have happened in transit during its shipping time. Please keep the item in new condition, and take pictures of the damages so you can file a claim with the USPS.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Although we can not make any guarantees, please contact us at gologolfgloves@gmail.com if you would like to make any changes to an order and we will try our best to make it happen. Once orders are shipped, no changes can be made.

What materials are used to make your gloves?
Our golf gloves our made using only 100% cabretta leather, which is apparent when you try them on and get that soft feel that can't be compared to any other!

To ensure you order the right size, please check out our sizing chart and then measure your hand so you know you're choosing a glove that will fit you.
